Refund Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

How your purchase is refunded depends on where you bought it. If you are ever unsure, email app@fateseek.net — we respond within 48 hours and will help you find the right path.

1. Purchases made through the Apple App Store

Payments made inside the iOS app are billed by Apple, and refunds are decided and issued by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple account you used. We cannot issue card refunds for Apple-billed purchases, but contact us anyway — we will help however we can.

2. Purchases made through Google Play

Payments made inside the Android app are billed by Google Play. Request a refund from your Google Play order history, or contact us at app@fateseek.net with your order number (starts with GPA.) and we will assist within Google's refund policies.

3. Purchases made on our website

4. Effect on your credit balance

When a purchase is refunded, the corresponding credits are deducted from your balance. If they were already spent, your balance may go negative until topped up.

5. Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; see Subscription Terms for how to cancel on each platform. Fees for the current period follow the billing platform's policy and, for website-billed subscriptions, the 14-day terms above.

6. If we discontinue the Service

If we stop offering the Service, we announce it at least 30 days in advance, close new purchases on the announced date, and keep the Service running for at least 12 months from that date so that you can use the credits you have already bought (Terms of Service, section 8.3). Subscriptions stop renewing on the same date, and any period you have already paid for is served until it ends. If any purchased credits are still unused when the Service finally closes, email app@fateseek.net and we will refund them pro-rata at the price you paid. Promotional, gifted and membership cycle credits are not refunded.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your place of residence.
