Account Deletion

Delete your account inside the app
- Sign in to FateSeek and open the My page.
- In the settings list, tap Delete Account (at the bottom).
- Confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
If you can no longer sign in
Email app@fateseek.net from the email address registered to the account, with the subject "Delete Account". We will verify it is really you and complete the deletion within 7 days, then confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your profile and birth details, conversations with the AI companion, journal and mood entries, saved content, and remaining credit balance. Deleted data cannot be recovered, and remaining credits are not refunded except as described in the Refund Policy.
What is retained
- Transaction records, as required by accounting and tax law.
- An irreversible, salted hash of your account identifier, used solely to prevent repeat-registration abuse of new-account benefits. It cannot identify you. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are cancelled separately
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google — cancel it in your store settings first (steps in Subscription Terms), or the store may keep charging you.
